The Engine

The intelligence layer for the partner channel.

An engine that understands the specific requirements of a project, scores every certified partner against them, and stays connected after the match. Built on evidence, not pitch decks.

Find Your Perfect Partner

Three intelligence layers. Hundreds of certified partners. One match scored against the work you actually need.

Layer 1 · Buyer Intelligence

Every enterprise AI project has a shape. Most systems cannot see it.

When you ask a partner directory to match you with a provider, it gives you filters. Industry. Company size. Region. Maybe a vague slider for budget. The assumption is that three or four categorical inputs are enough to describe a project.

They are not. Buyer Intelligence models the project across seven dimensions at once: vertical and sub-vertical, regulatory posture, integration surface, data and tech stack depth, operational scale and peak patterns, geographic footprint, and timeline urgency. We also map your buying committee, so when the brief reaches a partner, it already knows who is going to approve, who is going to block, and who is going to own the rollout.

The output is a profile specific enough that two enterprises in the same industry, at similar revenue, can end up matched with two entirely different partners. Which is what you want.

Layer 2 · Partner Intelligence

Every partner is scored on what they have actually shipped. Not what their marketing says.

This is where most partner-selection systems fall over. Directories rank by logos. Rotation queues rank by availability. Referral networks rank by whoever has the closest relationship with the referrer. None of those ranking signals correlate with whether a partner can ship your project.

So we built a different kind of ranking. The Partner Intelligence graph scores hundreds of certified implementation partners across every major cloud ecosystem on the dimensions that actually predict project success: verified industry depth, certified staff composition and turnover, on-time delivery rates, budget adherence, client retention, geographic reach, and current capacity.

The graph is not static. It updates as partners gain or lose certified staff, as projects close out with good or bad outcomes, and as their active engagement patterns shift. A partner whose delivery profile was strong six months ago but has since lost three senior architects gets re-scored without anyone having to flag it. The match you get today reflects who the partner is right now.

Layer 3 · Execution Intelligence

Most matching engines do their job and disappear. Ours only starts working once the project begins.

A match is only as good as what happens next. Execution Intelligence instruments that "next." From the day the statement of work is signed through go-live, it tracks the signals that actually predict whether a project will land: milestone adherence against the original plan, frequency and root cause of scope changes, how the partner handles escalation, and how the buyer rates the engagement at defined checkpoints.

All of that becomes training data for the next match. Partners who consistently deliver move up in the graph. Partners whose execution patterns start to slip get caught before you do. The effect compounds quietly. Over time, a LookAcross match is not just a match based on who looked right at the start. It is a match based on who has actually shipped enterprise AI projects like yours, recently, and landed them.

The Manifesto

The parts of the product we will not negotiate on.

Everything else in the engine is open to discussion. These four are not.

Principle 01

No pay-to-play.

Partners cannot buy better placement. Rankings are a function of verified delivery data, and nothing else moves them. If that ever changes, the product stops working, so it will not change.

Principle 02

No black boxes.

Every match comes with the reasoning behind it. If a buyer cannot defend the shortlist to their CIO in their own words, we have failed the brief.

Principle 03

No walk-aways.

Most matching engines make the introduction and disappear. Ours stays in the engagement after the match, because the signals from live projects are the most valuable input we have.

Principle 04

No cloud allegiance.

We have no opinion about which cloud you have committed to. We have a very strong opinion about which partner should deploy on it for your exact project.

The Synthesis

Three layers. One loop. Sharper with every match.

Buyer Intelligence makes the project legible. Partner Intelligence makes the candidate set accurate. Execution Intelligence makes the whole system self-correcting. Each layer on its own would be useful. Together, they make partner selection something enterprise buyers can actually trust, for the first time.
