Privacy Policy

This policy explains how LookAcross collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our websites, platform, and related services.

Effective date: July 27, 2026

LookAcross Inc. ("LookAcross," "we," "us," or "our") provides partner intelligence, account intelligence, campaign, and outreach tools for businesses (the "Services"). This Privacy Policy applies to the Services, including lookacross.ai, app.lookacross.ai, and our account connection and authentication experiences.

1. Information we collect

  • Account information: your name, work email, company, role, and login information.
  • Information you provide: project requirements, campaign details, partner information, instructions, support requests, and other content you submit.
  • Connected-account information: if you connect Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn, IMAP, or another service, we receive the information you authorize. Depending on the permissions you grant, this may include account identifiers, email address, message content or metadata, contacts, and information needed to send, receive, synchronize, and report on business communications.
  • Usage information: device and browser details, IP address, pages viewed, feature interactions, timestamps, errors, and performance data.
  • Business information: company and professional information from customers, partners, public sources, licensed data providers, and service providers.

2. How we use information

We use information to:

  • provide, operate, secure, support, and improve the Services;
  • authenticate users and administer accounts;
  • generate partner, account, buyer, campaign, and execution intelligence;
  • enable communications and outreach that you configure or direct;
  • respond to requests and send service-related notices;
  • measure usage, troubleshoot problems, and develop features; and
  • comply with law and enforce our agreements.

3. Google user data

LookAcross's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We access Google user data only after you authorize the requested permissions. We use it to provide features you request, such as connecting Gmail, synchronizing relevant business communications, sending messages you configure, displaying communication history and status, and reporting campaign activity.

We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising, creditworthiness, lending, or unrelated purposes. We do not use Google Workspace API data to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models. Human access is limited to circumstances permitted by Google's policy, such as support with your consent, security or abuse investigation, or legal requirements.

You can revoke LookAcross's Google access through your Google Account permissions and disconnect an account within LookAcross. Revoking access stops future access, but it does not automatically delete information already retained where we have a lawful need to keep it. You may request deletion as explained below.

4. How we share information

We may share information with:

  • service providers that support hosting, authentication, connected accounts, analytics, communications, security, and customer support;
  • your organization and authorized partners based on account roles, campaign assignments, settings, and your instructions;
  • authorities or other parties when necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate abuse, or enforce agreements; and
  • participants in a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate protections.

We do not sell personal information for money.

5. Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, meet legal and contractual obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the Services. Retention varies by data type, account settings, customer instructions, and legal requirements.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No storage or transmission method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing; receive a portable copy; withdraw consent; or appeal a decision. You can manage connected accounts in the Services and manage Google authorization through your Google Account.

To submit a privacy or deletion request, use our contact form. If your account is provided by an organization, that organization may control your account and should be your first contact for information it manages.

7. International transfers

LookAcross and its service providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Where required, we use recognized safeguards for international data transfers.

8. Children

The Services are intended for business users and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes and contact

We may update this policy. We will post the revised policy and update the effective date. If changes are material, we will provide additional notice when required.
